This is not something I normally paint, the inspiration actually came from a magazine photo - my brain was dead from all of the house painting and I just needed something to paint that made me feel good, used warm colors (since today is the first day of fall), and I just went with it. I love how the painting makes me feel like I'm looking into a cocoon or a special altar site. I really like it. Be forewarned, the ebay auction only lasts for 5 days! I have two more paintings for the next two nights, so stay tuned...
