My next painting in the series of folklorico dancers. Ths actual photo was a little washed out with lots of distractions, including a cinder block wall as a background, even though the float was rolling along the street. When I finished it, I felt like something was missing but didn't knwo what. I finally realized that the original sky color was a very pale blue, almost white. Iy needed warming up, so it got a nice warm orange glaze. Now I love it.
