the village of Corrales

I went to the grower's market in Corrales yesterday and I also drove around taking photos - one of which was this beautiful bed of cosmos - aren't they gorgeous?

These are little ristras of garlic, onions, and shallots. The girl behind the table was stringing a ristra of chamisa, which I had never seen. It was pretty! I think I got part of it in one of my other photos.

Oh the red chile - it was crazy red. There wasn't a lot but I sure wanted to bring some home.

The first pumpkins I've seen. They had these set up in a long vertical line and I thought they made a nice photo, with the lines, the black shadows and grey concrete.

A basket of chile, all colors!

Today I am headed to Curves, then to pick up photos, then back in the studio all day - I have SO much work to do. Oh, and I would like to remind all of you who live in Albuquerque:
