I've had this church in my mind for a couple of years. I have a collector who lives in the village of Placitas. She's been asking me to go and paint this church for a while. I painted in Placitas a year or so ago but the weather was not great and there were no flowers blooming. I went back in early summer and snapped a few photos with these beautiful roses. This is her church.
