I shot a photo of this on the easel and then cropped it. It looks It looks kind of somber, maybe that will be the "mood" title. It actually looks quite a bit lighter and brighter in person. I worked on two paintings today, this one and a 24'x30" that I will post tomorrow. There's not a lot of time for small daily paintings right now, but maybe tomorrow...

Peaceful was my first reaction when I saw this painting. It also reminded me of early dawn when everything is beginning again...
