Taos

We decided to take a little overnight house-hunting trip to Taos. This was last night sitting out on my brother-in-law's patio watching the moon coming up over El Salto peak. The trees you see in the foreground are tall aspens.

This is a little church we passed and I just snapped a shot out the window. I can't remember where I saw it, but it was so cute!

We've been cloudless in Albuquerque for some time, so it was nice to see some puffy white clouds over the mountains.

Columbines growing in the flower beds. Beautiful!

My favorite view of the Rio Grande gorge right after you come out of the winding horseshoe curve. I love it most in fall when the sunflowers are blooming.

We found a couple of nice properties including one that I really liked but my husband wasn't too keen on the house. We'll keep looking.
