"THE IRIS BED"9"X6"
This little iris bed reminds me or hiding in my grandmother's garden when I was a little kid. I would stay there for hours, playing in the flowers, smelling them, taking them apart to see what was inside. I know, I was weird! Anyway, these are the colors that I remember. She used to let me go out and gather a bouquet for the dinner table and I loved it. Purchase information is below:
I love irises - like you they remind me of the beautiful flower beds my grandmother had. I recently ran across a photo of her back yeard and I was shocked to see how small it really was. When I was a child it seemed as big as the whole world..ha ha
ReplyDeleteI love irises also...don't remember them as much growing up...Hollyhocks were the flowers I remember from childhood...and marigolds and dandelions...

Does anyone remember lantana?
